As a Licensed Realtor, accomplished Team Leader, high-volume Recruiter, dedicated Trainer, Top Producer, and Property Acquisitions Manager, Kora brings more than 15 years of experience guiding clients and agents through the fast-moving Las Vegas real estate market. Having proudly called Las Vegas home since 1988, she has watched the valley evolve into one of the most dynamic housing markets in the nation and provides clients with insider knowledge of its neighborhoods, growth corridors, and investment opportunities.

Her expertise spans the full spectrum of real estate, from seller and buyer representation to short sales, foreclosures, REOs, probate sales, luxury listings, investment properties, and community management.

She takes pride in helping a diverse clientele, including first-time buyers, military families, seniors, and investors, tailoring her approach to meet each client’s needs.

With over 1,000 successful career sales and millions in annual sales volume, her track record reflects consistency, professionalism, and proven results. Whether working individually or leading her team, she ensures every transaction is handled with precision and care, delivering both smooth processes and successful outcomes.

Beyond production, she is equally passionate about recruiting, training, and mentoring the next generation of real estate professionals. As a Certified Real Estate Team Specialist (C-RETS), she has recruited and coached more than 120 agents in the past six years, equipping them with confidence, systems, and strategies to thrive in today’s competitive market. Her leadership style is rooted in empowerment, helping agents discover their strengths, build their niche, and succeed with authenticity.

Prior to real estate, she recruited, trained, and mentored 250 agents in the insurance and financial services industry over a 19-year period, building teams and offices of successful professionals.

She holds a broad portfolio of designations that reflect her dedication to service excellence, including SRES®, MRP, MVHC, SFR, RSPS, CLHMS, ABR, C-RETS, CPRES, CSA, and AHWD. These certifications allow her to serve specialized markets with depth and authority.
